“From start to finish I was most impressed with the organization and attention to detail. What a wonderful venue and even though challenging at times, the course was spectacular with plenty of water stops, nicely marked, lots of volunteers and essentially no chance of getting lost. I can't think of any suggestions for improvement other then prepare for an even larger crowd next year! I'll be back as I'm sure the many other runners I chatted with who enjoyed the event just as much as I did.”

“The scenery along the way was great. The course was definitely not boring. I remember rounding a corner and coming up a slope to see 4 horses gazing at me just inside a fence. Two other horses bounded off down the field. It was an amazing sight. There was plenty of support along the route from volunteers and local people. Running the last section along the busy road was amazing with lots of people cheering you on and cars honking horns. And the final stretch around the track was a great ending. My children ran across the field and joined me for the last 100 metres or so. The food available for the marathoners (and family) after the race was awesome. I just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience running the new Valley Harvest Marathon and I will definitely be back again next year.”
“The course was spectacular, as we passed pumpkin patches, corn fileds, grazing cattle, lovely homes, wonderful volunteers (yay volunteers!) and spectators, the Bay of Fundy, the Dykes, Canada Geese in formation overhead... it was all I could do to keep my eyes on the course ahead of me... the whole event had such a great vibe...”
